Vista Meadows Addition Homeowners Association has a leasing policy in effect. If you’re interested in leasing a home in the community, please review these requirements.
Leasing Requirements at a Glance
• Homes may be leased only in their entirety, under a written lease. Subleasing and short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are not allowed.
• The initial lease term must be at least 12 months, unless the Board approves otherwise in writing. Renewals or extensions require Board approval.
• New owners may not lease their home until 12 months after closing, unless the Board approves a hardship request.
• No more than two lease agreements may be entered into per year.
• Before leasing, the owner must provide management with a copy of the lease, contact information for each adult occupant, and a criminal background report or the owner’s affirmation on the Tenant Information Sheet.
• A $200 lease certification fee applies.
• Violations of the leasing rules may result in fines of $100 to $500 per day.
